Sean D'Souza is a cartoonist, author, speaker, and expert on the psychology of marketing. If there's one thing he does best in the world, it's deconstructing complex marketing problems, like understanding why customers buy (and why they don't).
His career began at the advertising agency Leo Burnett copywriting and writing TV commercials. He then moved into graphic design, cartoons, and web design, and finally, into marketing. The underlying synchronicity was the constant search to find ways to communicate in the simplest, most effective manner.
Sean is the author of The Brain Audit and the owner of PsychoTactics, helping marketers and advertisers understand the psychological triggers that make customers true and trusted friends, instead of suspicious buyers. He is based in Auckland, New Zealand.
